Ken co-founded SG Capital Management in 2002. Prior to founding SG Capital, he co-managed Mesirow Financial Asset Management and was responsible for the small-cap equity strategy and fixed income portfolio management. Ken joined Mesirow in 1996 as a result of their acquisition of investment advisory firm HGT Advisors, which Ken co-founded in 1983. Prior to forming HGT, Ken was a Senior Consulting Principal with A.S. Hansen, Inc and prior to that Ken served as Vice President of A.G. Becker and established their Consulting Group.
